Available dates are updated weekly. After you have filled out and submitted the order request form below, you will be contacted via email within 24 hours to go over the pricing, design details and availability before issuing an official invoice.

Invoices are due 24 hours upon receipt to reserve your custom order date.

Only orders paid in full are confirmed.

Partially paid (50% deposit) orders must be paid in full 1 week prior to pick-up date.

We will not start working on your order if full payment is not received. If late sending payment, we cannot guarantee your pick-up date.

Cancellations and/or any changes to custom orders must be requested no later than 1 week prior to your scheduled pickup date. Refunds on cancellations are considered on a case by case basis depending on whether or not production has been started and are subject to a non-refundable booking fee.

Orders are only confirmed once full payment is received.

All cookies are individually heat sealed in clear cellophane bags and will remain fresh at room temperature for up to 14 days. *Do not refrigerate*
